Membership & Our Fees

Member fees and markup help cover the business overhead ( property compliance, licenses, annual fees, insurance, staffing, etc). Price “markup” is only 8-10% over our wholesale pricing and will be used to offset costs.  Additional costs to the buyers are Florida tax, transaction fees, and/or credit card fees.

The “markup” fee will be evaluated, initially, every 2-3 months to preserve the health of the co-op, but the goal is to maximize savings for the members, participate in wine tastings events, and have wine purchasing power at discount pricing. 

All members will have a designated CLIENT # and will be given access to the co-op buying spreadsheet. The clients work together with each other to meet the wine purveyors’ minimal delivery orders and any case purchase requirements.

Delivery is planned for every 2 weeks unless a large order request comes in. The wine must be picked up within  3days of delivery and must be compliant with the predetermined times to decrease the costs of business. Two locations are available for pickup in DeLand — no other options are available at this time.  

There are no membership fees other than the above-stated costs.  To request a determination for membership, send us a cover letter stating your reason for seeking to join the co-op to info@bywomenmarketplace.com
